This is my 8th vehicle purchase within the past 3 decades, and I had the most comfortable and pleasant experience dealing with White Rock Dodge. Connor is the sales consultant who helped me to choose a Ram 1500 Laramie. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure, great patience, and he helped me to get am excellent deal. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle purchase after my recent experience. Highly recommend !

Had a really great experience with Christine, one of the sales team members at White Rock Dodge. We bought a used vehicle which I fell in love with however, when I got it home I noticed a few minor issues. Christine checked in on me the next day to see how things were going with the car and when I mentioned the issues, she told me to come in right away so they could take a look. They fixed everything without me even having to ask and didn’t charge us a dime - something I was definitely not expecting from a car dealership once the deal was done. I would feel super confident buying a used car from them again and will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade in the future!

Would not hesitate to do business with White Rock Dodge in the future. Connor was able to get us into a great truck while giving us a fair price on our trade. 10/10 would recommend!

Had my DODGE 3500 Dully towed by FCC to a different dealer to get fixed in Chilliwack. Not my choice!! It was there from April 20 to May 26/2020 that dealer COULD NOT FIX MY TRUCK!! Then RICH General manager at WHITE ROCK DODGE. Had it towed to his service manager ROD . So on Tuesday May 26 it landed there at 10 am then by Wednesday May 27 at 10:30am ROD phoned me said it was looking good . Then at 3:45 same day I was called to come pick up my TRUCK !!!!! WOW WOW WOW !!!! Between RICH G/M .Service Manager ROD and team. CANT SAY THANKS ENOUGH!! AWESOME JOB !! PS: THANKS GO CONNER !! BUY OR TRADE your vehicle. and SERVICE AT WHITE ROCK DODGE IT THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!!

I know nothing regarding car trade or deals, they gave us full information for me.I had civic sedan and 30 months lease was left but we wanted jeep badly. They helped me to get rid of the civic at lowest cost and get a new jeep! also I made super many questions and even repeat it over and over, but they never expressed feeling uncomfortable. They will do their best of best for you, so I highly recommend this location for your new vehicle. Thank you so much Conor and Rob!!! Thank you for your patience!!!
