Good. But shuttle driver is careless.

Recall on passenger air bag. Service was good. Timely. But shuttle driver to destination and pickup back to dealership drove carelessly. I would not take my 8 year old daughter with this driver.

I drove from Hamilton to Sudbury to check out a used vehicle. I met with the sales associate Curtis. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed me the car I came to see, plus a few others. He answered all questions and was a pleasure to deal with. William in the financial department made the deal as painless as possible. The Sales Team at Laurention Chrysler made the 5 and a half hour drive worth it . I would recommend them to anyone, and would buy from again. Thanks guys

oil change was completed in timely manner and tech staff was polite and to the point. I also spoke to office staff who answered my questions. you must realize a quick first oil change is not worthy of reporting on an experience

Friendly service, pick up and drop off was excellent, free tire storage great, disappointed that on my first oil change, a sensor already had to be changed.

I was dropped off and picked up promptly. This was my first oil change on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Counter service was very friendly as was booking the appointment with Christine. The service reception area is a bit old and outdated. Could us a reno. Disappointed that on my first service appointment, a fuel sensor already had to be changed. Very busy reception but well organized.

The experience I had with Laurentian Chrysler was amazing!! Both Curtis, the sales agent and Derryck, the sales manager were so helpful. They worked endlessly to find me the best deal and vehicle they could get for my budget and made it happen. Like I said; "they made it happen" within my budget!! I purchased a pre-owned RAM 1500 and I'm loving it. When I trade in for a new RAM in the future, I'm going back to Laurentian and I will only deal with these two guys :) Cheers to everyone at Laurentian Chrysler!!
