Wonderful experience buying my 2009 Civic at Winnipeg Honda. Great customer service from Eric (Product Advisor) going above and beyond getting my car ready to go. Also, it was nice that Melissa got me a courtesy car to go to register mine. Tyler and Joseph did a wonderful job detailing my car. Really wonderful customer experience in the Service Department. Carisa explained me in detail what my 🚗 needed and it was done as quick as possible.

Really bad customer service by DYLAN. I was at the winnipeg honda for my full tank of gas as Winnipeg honda promised me to bring my car back. Then i was talking to DJ at the reception and he said to me that its gonna take few minutes and i just said to him can you please make it quick i have somewhere to go and DYLAN jumped in between the conversation and said to me do you want gas or not in a very offensive tone which made me so angry. I would avoid dealing with DYLAN if you visit winnipeg honda. I did talk to him on the phone and when i said to him don’t ever talk to anyone like this and he said to me “you are not gonna teach me how to talk” so i was very angry after what he said to mo i will not be taking the review down.

Hi Asjad. Dylan had spoken with you on the phone shortly after your interaction. It was my understanding that you guys had came to an understanding of what happened and both apologized to each other is that not correct? Just got a car from yosuf. Best salesman out there ! Super helpful and very insightful. 10/10 recommended buying a car from him. Also can get you all brands !

Didn't have the part I needed for my 2009 Honda Pilot, but the salesperson gave me some good recommendations for aftermarket options which eventually got me what I needed

We bought a new car through Joe and he was very helpful and professional. One thing I really liked was that he can access multiple dealerships so we could really compare the different vehicles we were looking at. I've purchased 2 vehicles here now and have had zero complaints.
