Above and beyond excellent!!! My family and I recently purchased the Dodge Grand caravan last week, we drove all the way up from Hamilton because of a good friend who had recommended I deal with Jason Hawkins. Firstly, i must say in all the years of myself and my family dealing with sales reps, not even one came close to Jason and his spectacular service. He went out of the way to make the impossible happen, surprises after surprises.. I highly urge anyone and everyone to deal with the 5 star sales rep. Second, he was completely honest with our fit to purchasing the perfect van, honesty and integrity is what i call that. Overall, i am extremely happy and will definitely return to Jason and Finch Dodge. I have already passed it along to all family and fiends and some are checking it out on the weekend. Thank you so much Jason and Finch Dodge, see you in the near future!!!!!

Above and beyond excellent!!! Bought my truck at the finch gm dealership, they have been amazing. Needed a new fuel pump, and went here, service wasn't the same. They don't seem to care much about the business.

I went into the service department a little over a month ago because the hood was rusting on my new van. Was told at that time by the service advisor that they would be in contact with me shortly. A few weeks went by and I called back. I was told that he was unsure of the status but he would find out and call me back. Another week went by and I still hadn't received a call so I called back. At that time I was promised a call back from the Service manager before the end of the day which I did not receive. The following day I called again and left two messages...no call back. No resoultion was made. I have chosen not to allow this dealership to profit from me. By far the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life!!!
