The team are great to deal with especially Lori and Andrew. The service department is great as well. Shop locally is what I like to do.

was greeted with much enthusium and a big smile. explained and answered all questions. told about all new features of vehicle. told of all my oprions and prices. made me relaxed and got coffee. showed car and modeland took me inside to show me everything. made paymwnt arrangements and gave a quick delivery date. got my car and went over everything and set it up. wunderba.

We priced out winter tires over the phone as well as scheduled an oil change. He was very friendly and efficient while he also knew his stuff very well. I have no problem dealing with any staff members at Buick GM
