We began our journey in April 2022 and received our car very closed to the projected delivery date; we are so glad it arrived within the estimated timeframe. We dealt with three people Andy Chan in sales, Janie in finance and finally Kam who educated my husband and I in the details associated with the numerous features in our Honda CRV Touring. Initially, Andy patiently walked us through the safety features of the CRV demonstrating road safety concerns right from his desk. He provided helpful information regarding when leasing a car vs a purchase as it pertained to insurance which was very helpful. We had considered dealerships outside of the city however with the cost of gas and having a knowledgeable sales representative close by we felt Winnipeg Honda was the right dealership for us. Andy also was very accommodating by encouraging us to call or text him as we were making our vehicle choice. He was very respectful of the other car choices we were considering and encouraged us to make the choice right for us. Janie was the next person we met and she was very helpful in dealing with the financial steps. It was such an easy process and while she explained a number of additional options such as paint protection, undercoating etc. we at no time felt pressure to add this items to our purchase. When we asked Janie after she had already built our deal if we could add undercoating she was quick to make the deal changes and the undercoating was completed in a day. She was very professional and helpful. Today we picked up our CRV and met Kam, every dealership needs a Kam; he's the guy who walked us through our car features in detail (for an hour+) patient and knowledgeable he made the experience fun and should we need additional tutorial he showed us were we could find the information in video form. We are both so very pleased with our decision to purchase a CRV and to purchase from Winnipeg Honda, please ask for Andy, Janie and Kam when you are looking for a new vehicle. One final thing we were so very impressed to notice our new car left the Honda lot with a full tank of gas!

It was sufficient.

I was experiencing a knocking. The the technician attributed it to the rear differential. This was flushed and filled. I also asked about the compass being constantly flashing-this was not addressed.

nice place to buy your first car, I waited for two months and the car arrived a month earlier. Staffs are friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend everyone to visit them if you are considering buying a car.

I had the most amazing experience buying a new vehicle from Winnipeg Honda Waverley! Alexandra was incredibly helpful, super sweet and fantastic, Dylan and Melissa helped make this purchase painless and were always quick to respond to my queries (so many lol) and Tyler was a true gem for all the little things I needed!! The confetti popper and giant bow were both a very sweet touch as well! I would 100% buy another vehicle from them and I have not stopped smiling ALL DAY! 10/10 would recommend!

It could have been better if a short test drive is done to figure out if something is out of the ordinary as owners may have just missed anything that requires fixing.
