Take your car in once, get harassing advertising for life. I got an oil change with them and it was great. But it has now been over a year and I have received high pressure junk mail, phone calls, and text messages every 2-3 weeks. Even after calling to stop the advertising 3 times, nothing has changed. Would not recommend this place to anyone, I definitely won't be going there Example Message: "DavidWarren from WheatonChev here! Reminder Private Sale happening Jun 21 8:30-8pm. Big savings from GM. No haggle. Yanks who want ur trade! Financing 0%"

Andrew, I'm sorry if our marketing has got out of hand for you. If you email me directly at jmichell@wheatonchev.com I can make that go away. We don't usually send so much that people get upset, but sometimes you can have a duplicate entry in our system that will cause issues! Send me an email and I can get to the bottom of it for you!
Not very friendly -like I was imposing when all I wanted was to have my oil changed.

I drove into the dealership garage to have my oil changed. The man who took my information gave me the impression that he was not happy with his job. No good afternoon, smile or anything friendly. A fellow came out from the back, smiled and asked how my day was to which I replied. Good now, i finally received a smile in this place. What has happened to customer service!!

A YEAR LATER- LOL-- fml i got suckerd into upgrading to the newer model and lost out big on trade in, no where near what the letter said i would get, BE CAREFUL!!

We were provided with information as to the issues requiring service, information was provided quickly and we indicated services to be provided and the staff were well informed and courteous. Excellent overall experience as a customer.

Leaking tire fixed right away. All staff was great. Asked me if I wanted coffee or anything. Wayne B., salesman who sold me my truck saw me and stopped to talk and make sure all was good. Great place to deal with
