Great, but distance is an issue.

Great place to shop at, but its (distant) location makes it unpleasant when needed to go back for repairs/maintenance, etc. (Long) distance & (lack of) time equals: frustration. Other than that, vehicles are about 10% (+/-) cheaper than anywhere else. The salesman & service are 'much more' than 10% better than anywhere else.

I never imagined that I would be in a situation where I would be getting a new (used) car. I was stressed and nervous and anxious and freaking out. Every member of the staff worked to make me feel comfortable and made the process straightforward and easy. The saleman did his best to put me at ease. I was thrilled to get my new car (which has been named Georgerio) because I never expected new tires, new wipers and a great fix to a hole in the interior! Thank you for going above and beyond for me. Though I hope to have my new gorgeous car for ever, I will definitely keep you in mind in the future. I have already told many people about great the service and products are. Thank you ! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

When I had to replace my vehicle due to an accident, I checked Haldimand's inventory on-line. Found the car I wanted, test drove it, and bought it! The sales reps were very friendly and professional, and the transaction along with financing was done very quickly. Within two days my car was certified and ready to be picked up! I love my "new" Ford Fusion! Thanks, Pete Wilding, for assisting me in the purchase of my "new" car. I would highly recommend Haldimand Motors to my friends, family and colleagues. I bought my car here at the end of October, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The price was very fair, and I love the car.I was helped by Dan Cowan, and he was great to work with. There was absolutely no pressure, he let us look around as we wanted, but he was there to help us with any information we needed.There were a few issues that came up in the first 30 days, but they fixed them all without issue, and the entire service staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.Would highly recommend you go here if you're looking for a used car.

Outstanding. Bought my wife a car. After a week I saw some scratches on the front bumper and thought she had swiped something. Took it back and they fixed two damages no charge AND provided a courtesy car. She got a flat after a month and they replaced the tire with an identical one. What more can you ask for.
