Just had our first servicing on our new 2016 Sedona. Not only was everyone kind and friendly, they went above and beyond and washed it!! If every service is half this great, I'll be one happy KIA owner.

I bought a new vehicle because I didn't want to deal with a rusty old one. Turns out my 2012 Kia Sorento was no different. I've had rust issues and this last problem now looks worse than when I left it there last Friday. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. I can't believe they called to say it was actually ready when it totally looks like crap. Severely, disappointed and also out my Friday night and gas to boot. Not a happy camper would be an understatement.

The sales associate really took the time to show me what cars would be in my price range. The associate was willing to explain anything I was unclear about, with out making feel bad. Great customer service.
