asked for quote on a new truck and dealt with Bill Magrath. our interaction was through and professional. then picked up new truck and was given a complete cover of all the features . Both experiences were well done.

I never thought I would have to take these people to court to get the items paid for on a $ 82 000.00 vehicle. When I told them I would have to they ignored me.

Bought a used car from here. It was a fair price and they gave me a fair price on my trade-in as well. The paperwork process was quick and painless. The people I spoke to were helpful, respectful and eager to provide good service. The experience went downhill at delivery- I was expecting a detailed car since that was one of the reasons i could not take the car with me within a day. The outside was detailed flawlessly. However, the interior looked to be neglected during detailing. Upon contacting the sales person, they apologized and offered to make it right. I offered to take my car to a local detailer, but was told they would like to fix their mistake in house.They sent someone to pick up my car (I live 1.5hrs away) and left me with a loaner for the day. The car was returned with the interior almost untouched. Someone ran a rag on a few surfaces and decided that was "detailing". The pictures in this review were taken after the car was returned. Any professional detailer who thinks this is a good " detail job" should not be working in the auto detailing industry. I contacted the sales person and let them know. I don't believe a third opportunity to do it right would have been successful. There was a serious lack of attention to detail when it came to the interior detailing. So, I ended up getting the interior detailed myself. I'm not sure if this is an isolated incident, but failing to fix the issue on the second attempt suggests otherwise. Would I visit this dealership again?- Yes! Interior detail issue aside, it was a no pressure, respectful and customer oriented experience. I would however make sure I don't leave the dealership without inspecting the car and make sure all the promised services were completed.

Both Keith and Jessica were awesome! 🙌🙌They were so accommodating! Today we had to cancel our 4pm appointment (as we were driving through Listowel from Orillia to Strathroy later than expected) and we didn’t think we would make it in time. We popped in at 445 to see if they could take a peek for us and they took a quick look at our undercoat spot that needed touching up. We thought we would have to come back from Strathroy another day to have it touched up but they fixed it right ON THE SPOT! Double thumbs up from us!👍🏽👍🏽 Great customer service!

I have dealt with alot of car dealerships over the years and hands down, Larry Hudsons has been the best group of people I have ever dealt with. My sales rep Bill McGrath was top notch from start to finish. He knew what I was looking for and never pressured me into something I didn't want. He went the extra mile to track down the exact truck I was looking for. Other mentions for their amazing customer service skills go out to Denise Pervis and Katie. They finished off the sale with a great comforting experience. I will recommend Larry Hudsons to anyone who's looking for a vehicle.
