Both Keith and Jessica were awesome! 🙌🙌They were so accommodating! Today we had to cancel our 4pm appointment (as we were driving through Listowel from Orillia to Strathroy later than expected) and we didn’t think we would make it in time. We popped in at 445 to see if they could take a peek for us and they took a quick look at our undercoat spot that needed touching up. We thought we would have to come back from Strathroy another day to have it touched up but they fixed it right ON THE SPOT! Double thumbs up from us!👍🏽👍🏽 Great customer service!

I have dealt with alot of car dealerships over the years and hands down, Larry Hudsons has been the best group of people I have ever dealt with. My sales rep Bill McGrath was top notch from start to finish. He knew what I was looking for and never pressured me into something I didn't want. He went the extra mile to track down the exact truck I was looking for. Other mentions for their amazing customer service skills go out to Denise Pervis and Katie. They finished off the sale with a great comforting experience. I will recommend Larry Hudsons to anyone who's looking for a vehicle.

Very smooth check in service when you already have a service appointment booked. Very fast service, depending on what you need done. I had an appointment for 9, their diagnostic confirmed my concern, and had a thermostat and water outlet done in an hour and a half. The advisor Kristy kept me updated on what was going on and how long the job would take, cost, etc.
