So here is my experience. After purchasing my first and second Ram from another dealership, in Langley on the By Pass, beside the Hampton Inn across from SuperSave, that isn't worth the time to write their name as a stepping stone, I was quite taken at the appalling fuster cluck, that I was left with AFTER the sales team secured my deal, and the egomaniacal finance department took over, all I could see for 2 years was hatred and RED. Going to White Rock dodge, where in the manager was the first guy I connected with, was as serious as a heart attack, in the calm approach to finding a replacement truck. He quickly enlisted the talents of Stephan, whom then took over. AGAIN zero pressure, a woft of knowledge in their product, taked to me, not DOWN to me, with again ZERO push to buy buy buy. He was very keen on finding the right truck, right options, and in MY price range, NOT what they "thought was best". When we found the 1 ton to suit my needs, I dreaded the finance department. I have to honestly say, the seamless transference was incredible!! again, nothing pushy, straight fwd. At the end of the day, and I'm as skeptical as they come with as high a standard as any hard working Canadian, these guys are bar none worth a stop in, look and chat!!. Thanks Stephan and Rich!
