Edmond always takes good care of me and my car.

I recently brought my car in to have the winter tires taken off and he managed to get it done in under an hour despite the fact that the place was very busy that day. I thought that it might take twice that time and I was able to get to a family event with time to spare that afternoon.

Tiger has been extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit at Roadsport Honda. His thoroughness and willingness to help were very much appreciated. Although I did not get to receive the complimentary (gift windshield washer) as advertised at the end of the oil change, I am sure it was just an overlook after an excellent service.

I've purchased two vehicles at Roadsport. I am a repeat customer because they treated me so well the first time and I was not disappointed when I went there to trade in my Civic and make another purchase. There's a great team there and a great atmosphere.

The car sold to me with defect (start issue once a while and couldn't start at all when weather was cold, cap indicator showed up when weather was hot). I reported the issues very time I came to do the maintenance. Instead of investigating the real root causes, they suggested a quick easy solution - changing battery. As a result, I changed twice battery for a 3 year old car and paid the 2nd battery even the car is still under warranty. So I don't think such customer service is customer oriented and I'm not happy about it
