I was scheduled on the day and at the time that ai wanted. I was looked after as soon as I arrived. I received a call telling me what needed to be fixed and when and then another call to say my car was ready.

About 3 months ago, I purchased a 2016 Equinox. Being my first time car shopping, I was honestly dreading the experience given how car salespeople are often pushy and overbearing. I dealt with Terri and she was FANTASTIC. No bs, not pushy, she was just there to help me buy the exact vehicle I wanted. She made the whole experience painless and I actually enjoyed myself! Then, before I even went for my first oil change, I was rear ended and took my car into the collision centre. Without going into details, the situation was mishandled and the General Manager got involved to fix the situation. Not only was he fantastic to deal with, the Collision Centre manager went above and beyond when fixing my car, even fixing a chunk out of the door handle and buffing out a scratch on the side of the car. I cannot believe what Nurse did to "right their wrong", I am thoroughly impressed and the service I received has reaffirmed my decision to shop/deal with Nurse. Thank you!

Oil change plus check of engine light coming on. Cleaned something in engine causing the problem. Saw I needed new wiper blades and had a dirty used air filter so got them replaced Payment should ask if GM employee to get discounts on parts.

My questions were answered on my first visit and arrangements were made for a second appointment when I could leave the car as it was needed overnight to verify that there was a leak and where it was coming from. Because the work was more extensive a car rental was provided and it was checked that all repairs and the rental were covered under warranty. Marlinda handled everything and kept me informed of the problems found and the time line when it would be completed.

Scheduled oil change, performed in a timely and efficient manner, with courtesy throughout. From the time I checked in, and until my car was delivered, the staff was friendly and welcoming. This was a very good experience.
