I’ve worked for, bought from and serviced at Murray Hyundai and absolutely love all encounters I’ve had with this company. I get to see the ins and outs of a dealership and we do our best to go above and beyond for our customers and our staff. 5/5 in all aspects! I also love the customers that walk through our doors. They are like family to us. Seeing their faces, building friendships, helping solve their concerns and working together is the best you could ask for in a work place. No comment would never recommend or buy another car from this locationalways problems very unprofessional I've left feedback in the last a manager was supposed to get back to me and never did.

I was not told that because I was flexible in the time to get my car serviced that my place in the queue would be bumped, my service took 9 hours, your shuttle service is not as was stated to me and I had to wait an hour after I arrived for my pickup.

Required work on three recall notices from Hyundai. The staff is excellent! I did have to wait a long time after they told me it was ready, though. Timing of completion should be more precise (after they call you to say it will be ready in 30 minutes).

8.20am In for 6 mths Fall Maint....comment engine air filter DIRTY but did not replace.. Car not ready on time...then Shuttle not come as promised...finally sent taxi. When finally got to service counter...paperwork not done...futher wait Recd service phonecall after...expained problems but you keep sending emails to futher anoy me.

The service I had done on my new Elantra was done professionally and in less time than I had been expecting. Got the car back, all washed up and ready to go.
