We were called and told our car would be ready at 4:40. I arrived at 5:15 and had to wait until almost 6:00 before the car was completely ready. Not even the paper work was complete. Although the employee tried to handle the situation tactfully and aplogetically, it was still a huge inconvenience. The service was the fall maintenance package! It was dropped off at 9:00 am! This was poor service. The only saving grace was the courteous service from the gentleman in service.

Drove SUV off the lot, engine light immediately turned on. I live out of town therefore an inconvenience. It was looked at and the light was off for 30 minutes before turning back on. When I called customer service was terrible with no appointment available that day so I went elsewhere. Not impressed!!

I received a fall maintenance, some warranty and recall work and some additional services. The staff was helpful, professional, did not perform any services without calling me first, discussing with me and only performing what was absolutely necessary. I appreciated this.

Recall fixed, & burned out brake light replaced. Friendly,polite, customer service. Staff here are very friendly & respectfull. Free car wash a nice touch.

I had a problems with a completely new vehicle . When I came to the Service and pointed out the problem my car was returned with the same problem twice. In the end, part was replaced, but I could not use the car for almost a month. Now i have just 1 and a half of 3 free months of using SiriusXM. Also vehicle was not cleaned properly and finaly I did not get any complimentory from your company.

Was in for 2 re-call services for 2014 Santa Fe. Work was performed. No other issues. Waited for vehicle. Was scheduled for 7:45am, I was there at that time. Was told there were 3 or 4 vehicles ahead of me?? What is the purpose of scheduling appointment?? Was 1 3/4 hours wait.
