Bought a car from RMP and needed the blower motor to be replaced under warranty as it was making noise. Took it to RMP and they figured its an air filter problem after 6 hrs. Took it to wheaton the next day and the service guy listened to what I had to say and did the perfect job.

When I bought my vehicle Wheaton was great. However, I’ve changed it down to 1 star because they have now reverted back to tactics I try to avoid when picking & recommending dealerships. What had happened was, I received a call from Wheaton and they asked me to come in for an oil change... They said this was free, that I still had 6 complimentary oil changes remaining after the purchase of my vehicle from there. So, I took it in... ended up having to wait for a couple hours & when I went to leave I was faced with a bill of $100. I brought up that it was supposed to be free but of course the famous BS line of - “oh, sorry we can’t find it on our system” & by this time I was already late for an appointment. I didn’t have time to argue & asked then to figure this out. I was assured they would follow up on it ASAP. But to no surprise, I am yet to hear anything back from them, I mean why would they? They already got what they wanted. Needless to say my recommendation is - don’t trust what they say & when they say they’ll do something, forget about that too. It’s a shame because I thought I had found the dealership I would be returning to & recommending time & time again. But not so sure anymore because if they can’t even have integrity in something as simple as an oil change or even following up with you then I’d be weary of doing business here.
