I have serviced my Honda CRV at Winnipeg Honda since I purchased it in early 2019. Oil changes. Filters, brakes, the usual. I only have two continuous improvement ideas. 1.) Tell me about preventative maintenance that is required. Don’t up sell me when I’m there getting a routine oil and filter change. Notify me in advance. 2.) How about a wash after your done? It would be a really nice way to finish the service. The service advisor was very professional and made the experience great.

Thank you so much for unforgettable welcoming and answering all of my questions honestly with great smile , that one week process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the car I purchased, and I'm not freaking out about the purchase price. That's a pretty ideal situation with you when it comes to buying pre-owned car, and it's all thanks to you. You can be sure that if I have any friends/family looking to buy vehacle in the future, I'll be sending them to crown winnipeg honda, and telling them to ask for Mr shubjnet. Thanks again. The young lady was efficient and clear in how long and how much the work would take. She organized an Uber to take me home & pick me up at no expense to me. I was called when the work was complete and the uber arrived in minutes... transportation was much appreciated. Turn around time was very good.
