Experienced oil consumption issues with my 2010 Honda accord. Will was able to identify the issue and arrange a fix to the problem. I am not a car expert and I don't need to be with service agents like Will. I continue to feel a high level of confidence in trusting my car to Roadsport Honda.

To whom it may concern, I have come in to Roadsport to fix my flat tire under my Honda plus option. I came to pick up my vehicle after the flat tire was fixed. After couple of hours of leaving Roadsport, my friend has noticed my fender pushed and when we tried to open the door it was jammed. I came back to Honda immediately the same day and try to solve the issue. Due to no one from Body shop availability the technician advised me to come early in the morning the next day. also advised not to use the door in the meantime. When I did come for the service in the morning, they did fix the fender issue but I'm still able to see bent marks on the edges of the front passenger side fender. The vehicle is less than two months old. Now it looks like I have a used vehicle. Was not very satisfied with the service but my passenger door works with few bents on my fender. Just going forward if these small things can be prevented, Honda would be titles as exceptional service providers from me and my friends I would introduce to Honda. Had to wait for 10 mins to get the keys and pay. Also the spark plugs were replaced recently couldn't the coils be looked into so that I could save on labour?

The employees were respectful and nice to talk to. The wait was longer than expected, took 2 hours. I was told it would take no more than 1.5 hours. One of my tire valve cap was missing when I got back home.
