Quick and easy

Race Auto Group is extremely efficient at getting you in the vehicle you want! I called about a truck and they had an approval within minutes and were pulling my new truck around to wash it at the very same moment! They didn't try to sell me on a bunch of things I didn't need either. I also received way more on my trade in than other dealerships had offered me.

I would have preferred a complimentary car while I waited almost 2 hours, and I was charged for a standard oil change when my engine takes synthetic. I hope this was a clerical error in billing.....

Good afternoon Mr. Lohnes. I do apologize for the wait in the service department. Unfortunately it did take some time to repair the wire for the speaker. For customer service we did not charge you for the labour. I did look into the oil change and we did use a synthetic oil but only charged you the rate for a regular oil change. Worked well to do what they could to give me what I wanted. One this I was told was I was going to receive a spare key and never did get one is my only complaint overall great experience
