Andy, Manoo, and Kam Were terrific to deal with and we feel we got the most honest and most informative session in every sales area. Andy was explicit in both his information about The vehicle we chose , the financing choices we had and why he thought this particular style would be a good fit. Manoo cleared everything up in regard to financing. He carefully went over every detail regarding warrantees and suggested extended warrantees.las but certainly very important was our session with Kam. As a teacher myself, I can recommend him as a teacher par excellence. He went over every feature of the car with us in the most organized manner., starting at the back and proceeding to the front. He was patient, asking us for questions at each stage of his demonstration. We learned a lot from him. We feel confident and excited about our new Honda CRV and look forward to a long relationship with Winnipeg Honda #900.

I was pleased with the ultimate result, but displeased with the process

Twice, they said they would call me with the status of my car, but they never did. When I tried to find out, the customer rep tried to contact the one in charge of my service. That person never responded. Consequently, I knew nothing about the whereabouts of my car or the progress of the service. My customer rep did call me twice when they had something to report. Calling sooner would have been better. I was grateful to get the information, but unhappy with the long wait to get that information. I had to read the invoice to find out exactly was done to my car. Once I had done that, I was quite pleased. Until then I only knew that the service was completed.

I just had service done on my CRV and I am very pleased with the service I received. Very professional, friendly staff, patiently explained all details details what needed to be done on the car, and what next that they noticed that would need future attention. They made me feel at ease and very comfortable, and the representative Krista was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and very patient with me. Thank you Krista for the help and being patient with me, I really appreciate it.
