We were very happy with the service we received at Race Auto Group. We werent subjected to pressure tactics and we felt free to roam the car lot at our own pace with no pressure from anyone hovering over us looking for a quick sale. We took 2 weeks to search for the vehicle we wanted and we dealt with 3 different staff members during that process. It was very good knowing that we received the same high level of service from each of the people we dealt with. One thing that jumped out at us was the patience that was demonstrated from everyone at Race while we considered our options for a new vehicle. If the vehicle we wanted to test drive wasnt on site, they made every effort to get it to Dartmouth from the Truro site - even if it was just for a 5 minute test drive. I would highly recommend this location for anyone considering getting a new vehicle.

We bought a 2014 Town and Country and we love it. The team at Race Auto Group were very helpful and they went above and beyond the normal requirement of someone purchasing a new car. We were extremely satisfied with the time they spent with us as we looked at various makes and models over a 2 week period. If a car wasn't on site they had it delivered to us to test drive the next day from their other location. When we finally made the purchase their attention to the cleaning of our van in preparation for us taking possession was one more reason why we were happy to have chosen Race Auto Group .

I just bought a 2014 dodge Journey, I test drove a few other cars but the dodge is what I wanted they didn't have one but brought one in from Truro for me. I love it! They answered all my questions and concerns as well as explain things that I asked! No pressure just lots of help!! They made the process easy!! I will be shopping there again!
