This is a place of trust. Anything happens with my Honda, I have peace in my mind they can fix it. Reps are very friendly and technicians are experienced. The only reason I give 4star is their service is too expensive. The last time I did the shock absorber changed, and the rear wheel rotors, the bill was about 1600, of which 550 was labor cost! Still, I recommend the place, they can detect and fix the problems quickly. One other minor thing I feel is how expensive repair costs could be, they never clean the car during delivery. I expect courtesy in and out dirt wash at least caused by the repair.

I had the pleasure of buying my first new car at Winnipeg Honda. Alex took the time to speak with me on the phone, finding out what I really needed, even though I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for. She texted me options and had everything ready for me when I arrived in the city. She was patient and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience positive. Thank you, Alex, for making what I thought would be a stressful activity, so much fun. And thank you to Janie, who made me feel like family, not just a client.

Recently purchased Honda civic from the dealership and Sukhpreet helped me with the choice. Wondering how he managed to get me civic in just 2 weeks, whereas at that time other dealerships told me to order and wait for at least 3 months.
