I traveled from Kitchener, Ontario, to Timberlea, Nova Scotia, with my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. When I noticed that the car was reacting differently to normal, I decided to look for Hyundai services in Montreal, Quebec, to find out what it was. When I arrived I went to the Service and asked if anyone could check the problem with my car was, the receptionist told me they were full. I explained to her my situation, promptly she called Akin, who provided the first technical service for the car, then Donald, who found the problem. I found out that my car stayed in Montreal until the end of May to repair the damage to the suspension. Concerned about the client, Akin tried to find different solutions to help in my case and took me to talk to Stanley. Stanley spoke to me and gave me several options to buy a new car and continue my trip. At first, I was thinking about taking the rental car from my insurance until the car was ready, but I changed my mind. Stanley introduced me to Leonardo, a Brazilian fellow who works at the dealership, who helped me with the doubts he had translating into our mother tongue. Then I was introduced to Andres, a Colombian full of life who also works there. And to complete the team that served me, there is also Jaqueline, also Brazilian, who works at the reception and gave me all the necessary support so that I could be comfortable during the two days that I organized the car's purchase. The whole team was fantastic in every way, friendliness, concern for the consumer, presentation of the vehicle, presentation of the possibility of choices, matter for my old car, attention to the new car's details, and excellent communication with the consumer. I was able to chat in English, Spanish, and Portuguese! And I tried a little French at the end so I could thank everyone. This was my first brand new car in Canada. After three years of living in Ontario in 1 day, I bought my car in Montreal. I had already visited some dealerships in Toronto, Mississauga, and Kitchener, Ontario, but I was not motivated to buy. This team of competent, dedicated, and good-hearted professionals made all the difference in my experience and purchase decision. I want to thank all of you, who made my big problem a great joy! I'm happy to have to go back to Coiteux Hyundai in Montreal to pick up the old Elantra, which now belongs to my wife! With all this that happened, I now have a new car, and I could present my wife with the old Elantra! I cannot describe in words my happiness! Thank you, Coiteux team!
