Same as above...only ever had a problem once, tech forgot to tighten oil filter, contacted Andy, got me in right away, fixed me up, offered next oil change for free, left feeling satisfied.

I had brought my SUV in for a oil changed, I was promptly greeted in a friendly manner, advised on the waiting time for the oil change. and was shown the lounge area.

My experience with Leggett SERVICE DEPARTMENT has been nothing but a pleasure. I found Wes Pontes and he has been by my side from the first time I stepped into the service department after buying my new Buick Verano. He was and still is giving of self, respectful, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and never makes you feel inferior regarding your knowledge of the vehicle. I am a buyer who does not care how the guts of the car operates. I want to make sure I am informed and safe on the road. I want to know that when I need assistance my extended insurance coverage will look after all my needs and I will be given the right information to make an intelligent decision as to any issues with my vehicle.
