We would highly recommend Jeff Wilson in sales. He provided us with very specialized and personal service and wanted to ensure we were happy...not just make the sale. The financing portion could have been better handled by that department but overall a great experience.

Didn't find this dealer to helpful including the receptionist. They seemed a bit scammy in there. Oakville was smooth and friendly to start up my lease.

It was my 1st visit ever to Acura on Brant. My MDX 2016 was having some transmission issues that I was concerned about. Gene Fundano at Acura on Brant made the whole experience very smooth & informative. The issue was rectified on the spot in a timely manner. The system required a software update & now my Acura runs smoother than before. Keep up the good work team Acura on Brant.

We were looking for new mdx and we had a pleasant experience overall with everyone, we were able to test drive immediately but unfortunately the trim we were looking for wasn’t in stock due to shortage and ended up buying from another dealer

This review is long over due. I picked up my new RDX in late January but simply haven't gotten round to writing this. Sorry. I am a hard guy to sell a car to. I keep them a long time and when it is time to buy again, the process is slow while I compare alternatives and see how many of the boxes on my spreadsheet can be checked. Like most businesses, it is almost always the staff that makes the user experience positive (and sometimes negative). After all, the product is typically available from other vendors. After a poor experience at this dealership some years ago, what brought me back to give them another try was finding that Gerry Rattray had moved here. I got to know Gerry as the service manager at another dealership. She always impressed me as an honest straight shooter who really knew her stuff. Donnie Stoddard in sales is a great guy. Not at all the stereotype of a car salesman. Donnie is exceptionally patient, accommodating, reasonable and knows his products very well. (By the way, he likes Doritos.) I could go on, but suffice to say that when you purchase and take delivery of a car, you interact with many members of the staff. All were great to deal with. I should have taken notes of their names. Thanks to all anyways.

Purchased a Honda Passport from Tim at Acura on Brant a few weeks ago. Great experience. No pressure, no nonsense. Prior to heading down to the dealership for a test drive, I received a very helpful video response to questions that I had on the vehicle. I asked for a few upgrades and add ons during the purchase process and everything was taken care of when I arrived for pick up. Thank you Tim and the team at Acura on Brant!

We bought our dream car from Acura on Brant and had the best service!!! Usually buying a car can be stressful; not this time. Tim and the team at Acura on Brant were wonderful to deal with. Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. Tim handled all details and we just had to show up and pick up our car. Tim even went so far to come on his day off to go over the car's many features when we were ready to pick it up. Now that's expert service! I highly recommend if you are looking for a car, head over to Acura on Brant and you will not be disappointed!

I’ve been looking for an Acura RDX and visited a ton of different Acura dealerships but none have provided me the service that Acura on Brant has given me. Other dealerships even asked me why I’m calling them since I’ve looked at other cars at other dealerships before and that completely made me want to go elsewhere. I inquired about an RDX Platinum Elite that Acura on Brant had on a website and I was contacted by Donnie. The service and care that Donnie provided during our visit was incredible. I instantly knew that I was going to be buying the RDX that day. Donnie provided alternative options and I ended up buying a demo car and saved even more money. The price that was offered for my trade in car was great and I got an amazing financing deal out of it. Donnie was available for any questions I had and made sure me and my family were comfortable throughout. It was the first time I went to a dealership and bought a car the same day. Even after buying the car, Donnie was available for any questions and even provided me a space to work out of since I couldn’t get time off from work so that they work on some services. I don’t know any dealership that would take care of their clients like that. I highly recommend going to Acura on Brant to buy your vehicle. Thank you Donnie!

Wonderful and appreciated! These are the words I want to say now to Donnie stoddard of Acura Brant!! One stop service and one day service to take my 2022 ILX over was the best of best service in my entire life ever. It was done even in the middle of supply chain issues .
