I had my winter tires put on our vehicle, coupled with balancing of the tires and oil and filter change. The reception of the vehicle was excellent, the person went out of his way to serve, ordered Uber for return transportation and pick-up on my return to the garage to retrieve my vehicle. The task on the vehicle was completed on time, and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this service department to others who are looking for quality work and exceptional service.

Dilawri Orleans Mitsibushi Is giving all Dilawri across Canada a bad Names because what they do to their customer Micheal Crete Manager refuses to give my 500.00 dollars refund and his finance Rep Andrew is the worst person to deal with, every time I call, he is Rude and hangs up on me and says they don't refund they will take advantage of you and especially old people like me I'm 77 years old and he think we are stupid but he is wrong trust me. I went to Orleans Mitsubishi to buy a new car. The car was worth $30000.00 and it would cost us $ 55000.00 dollars after all add on that we specific requested that they remove all add on but they force us to accept add on anyway otherwise you don't get your finance They asked us for a 500.00 dollars deposit and we were guaranteed a refund if we decide to cancel the deal. So, we did cancel the deal now they don't want to refund our deposit so never buy from Mitsubishi because you will never receive your deposit ever again. there service is bad and salesperson they don't care once buy our salesman very pushy for the sale and the finance rep was extreme rude, I feel sorry for all Dilawri what they are doing My name is Richard G______ he knows who I'm
