Not up to my expectations

I originally went to the service dept. as I had a low tire pressure indication. I thought I would get my oil changed at the same time. Before entering any service lane I asked if I should check in with the mechanical lane or oil one first. I was advised to go into the oil lane and they would in turn address the tire issue. When I was advised the car was ready I asked about the tire and what was the problem. The response was simply we topped up the air without thinking or following my obvious request to find out why was it low. At the point they then put it into the shop and discovered 2 nails in the tire and had it fixed. Then my wife picked up the vehicle and the dash was not reset to the speedometer. Someone had to come out and reset it. I have had this experience before. Normally my service experiences have been good but not this time.

Brought in a 2010 Vibe for an oil change

Brought in a 2010 vibe for an oil change and when the service people checked the history of the vehicle she saw there was an outstanding recall on the vehicle and she offered to have it down for me while it was there for the oil change. I had already checked with another GM dealer and was told I would likely have to leave the vehicle and then come back and pick it up. This was much quicker and easier the way the Nurse people handled the recall and I was very pleased. Nurse has become my service center of choice. Thank you very much

Came in for an oil change, was directed to the waiting lounge and within 5 mins was asked about all the necessary details and was done in 25 mts - all while I watched the local news. Awesome team Nurse and keep up the good work you will always have my business.

Great experience with one sour note

The antenna was missing. It was identified as missing by staff and confirmed by photos on day of purchase. The reasoning, "it was stolen, because nothing would have worked was frustrating and inaccurate. A simple, we missed that, sorry, would have gone the distance .
