Never have I been so impressed with a car dealership. I met a young man named Jeremy who was new to the sales team and had more character than any sales person I have ever met. I am looking for a very specific truck with a very specific budget. I have been to approximately 10 dealerships across the Lower Mainland and choose to give my business to Jeremy. He has bent over backwards to earn my business and as he is brand new has had the support of the rest of the sales team. I suffer from social anxiety and budget my money very closely. Jeremy has worked very hard to find the right truck for me and I mean he really worked hard. He found a vehicle that was a 95% match to everything I need. In the end payments were very slightly outside my comfort zone. When I backed away from the deal instead of a high pressure sales pitch I got a heartfelt response letting me know that the sales team will continue to work with me to get me into the truck I need. If you just want to buy a vehicle you could go anywhere, but if you want to buy the right vehicle from an entire team that works for you and cares about your satisfaction, go to White Rock Dodge. My hat is off to the whole team.

I've been browsing for a new car and spoke to Akash recently. Although I haven't settled on anything yet, his non aggressive, friendly conversation was a breath of fresh air. I have been recommending him to everyone who is looking for a new car. 10/10 great service. If it works out I really hope to get my new car from Akash!!!!!

I was looking for a car that would be suitable for my family. I didnt have much knowledge about suv and minivans but thanks to salesman AKASH i got lot of good information .He was very patient and super friendly. Our journey for a Jeep Sahara Unlimited started with a web search, we knew exactly what we wanted. White Rock Dodge’s website showed a few models and helped us calculate our cost, including our trade-in vs. cash options. With that information we found a good match and submitted an online request. Akash followed up with a video introducing himself and a tour of the Jeep. We arranged and attended a viewing. Then the work began; we had an exact specification for the vehicle and cost. The whole team engaged and we eventually found a deal that provided the best value and guarantee. The whole process took a few hours and was acheived efficiently and comfortably.
