My appointment was at one and I asked at around 3:45 how much longer it would be and the guy came and spoke to me said there was a delay and they would be done in 45 min. I didn’t get my car until five. Will never use the service department there again.

Was in for a service that included tire changeover and windshield wiper blade changeover. Eli kept me informed and came outside to talk about my car’s needs in person as I sat outside due to COVID restrictions. The car was found to need a new carbon filter. I had a few questions which Eli answered or directed me to a parts person who could give me possible answers. The parts person was just as great as Eli to deal with. Jackson’s Toyota service staff are fantastic and, after years of business with them, I trust their recommendations. My cars have always run well after their services at Jackson’s.

Ellie was awesome, he kept us up to date and phoned when anything came up in the inspection. The customer service is why I switched from Honda to Jackson's Toyota, coming up on 8 years now and don't regret switching at all! Jackson's is the best!

Our appt was for 2:30 and the job wasn't completed until after 4p.m.!! Ridiculous 1 hr 30 mins to change over Winter tires to all seasons.

Appointment was booked for 930am didn't go in until 1230 when I called to check in if my car was done. Pickup time of my car was 2pm. Service agent I spoke was very good no complaints about him. If an appointment is booked for a specific time please keep to it and not bump to cue. Thank you.
