Overall not a bad experience but will say that the service department is very slow and I also found that with all four vehicles I have purchased here that the sales team over promised and severely under delivered.

Calipers had to be replaced at 600 kms while we were in Toronto. In less than a month I required service for the seatbelt alarm, and the turn signals didn't have an audible signal. I was also not informed at the time of purchase about "no boot" nor offered an option to purchase same. I feel that I should be given consideration of getting the boot at a reduced price if not complimentary. I am very unhappy with my experience at Dilawri. I do not believe that my vehicle was properly prepared for delivery.

My experience was a good buy the jeer itself but I had two problems first one I had an email to save 1000$ to apply to my purchase and the manager refused to use it and second the offer was to get a free winter tires which again the manager refused again

Bought a new 2016 Grand Caravan and experienced several problems in the first 3 weeks of owning the van. Had to bring the van in for service 3 times to resolve the issue. Was finally corrected but it was very frustrating and time consuming having to deal with this. Finally resloved once the Service Manager became involved.

They make you waste hours on site making you believe that they will give you what they say and when your patience is exhausted, the offers no longer exist. We showed up in person to conclude what was said on the phone and poof... nothing holds up anymore, it was all a strategy to make us believe that they were going to keep their departure offer. What a waste of time and what a lack of class! (Original) Pire expérience à vie. Ils font miroiter des offres à travers leur promotions. Ils te font perdre des heures sur place te faisant croire qu'ils vont te donner ce qu'ils annoncent et lorsque ta patience est à bout, les offrent n'existent plus. Lorsque nous avons refusé l'offre, nous nous sommes fait appeler toute la semaine, nous faisant croire qu'on trouverait un compremis, ils nous disent, ok j'en parle à mon directeur et je te reviens. Après... silence radio... On s'est présenté en personne pour conclure ce qui s'était dit au téléphone et pouf... plus rien ne tient, tout ça c'était une stratégie pour nous faire croire qu'ils allaient tenir leur offre de départ. Quelle perte de temps et quel manque de classe!
