The vehicle was ready earlier than promised. It was returned after being cleaned both inside and out. The whole experience was not unpleasant as everyone that I dealt with was very professional.

Fast, efficient and friendly - can't ask for more from a dealership service dept. Jackie was very efficient and friendly, kept me in the loop as to the ongoing status of the work. Highly recommended.

Brakes are still squeezing after bringing it in twice and having to take time off work which is causing a lot of inconvenience on my end.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They give me a time when the car is ready and inform me of any concerns during and/or after my service. Thanks Nurse Chev/ Cadillac my "Buick" is in good hands! Craig Hagerman

Had two signal lights go out. Arrived late in the afternoon on a Saturday. Was right away. Bulbs replaced in less than 15 minutes. Great service as always.

My car is quite old, but the Service team at Nurse keeps it running. The Service Consultant, Evan Andrews, provides me with the facts and assistance that I need to make decisions on the work required.

All the staff were very polite and helpful. The person did a walk around (sorry I don't know their name) and noticed I had some damage to the left front bumper so said they didn't want to put it through the car wash. Unfortunately I had hit a raccoon four days before and hadn't noticed this. I have all my body work done at Nurse so she arranged for them to take a look and give me an estimate. I told her I was very grateful that she noticed this.

The tech I had explained everything to me over the phone and was honest about the things I needed to do right away and what could wait until my next visit. I appreciate her integrity. Also, my car was cleaned inside and washed outside. Really great service. Free oil changes too. Nurse has it all.
