Overall I was pleased with the service.

Darryl, Had service done to front wheel bearing and tire as well as repair to centre console lid. In spite of the mix-up regarding the payment/warranty I still feel I was treated very well. I especially want to thank you for your assistance in getting everything done that needed to be done and making sure I wasn't charged for something for which I shouldn't have been. Thanks.

The service technician was very helpful and readily dealt with my concerns. He made me aware of issues that needed to be addressed and offered reasonable advice when asked. Your shuttle service is worth its weight in gold! My particular driver was very accommodating..I appreciated that.

Good dealership to deal with. Bought 2012 chrysler300s .. Had a few issues with it but they fixed it free of cost.

I don't prefer to be forced to write more than I have above, which is an adequate contribution...you should change this process to be more flexible so a customer can state their thanks above and move on without this element. Also, it's kind of a drag I have to come back a third time for the same repair (not Mike's fault).

Although the car is not big one, but its quality is powerful. The car responds quickly when I speeding and stopping. So, I have enjoyed driving with FIAT.
