Customer service is by far the worst i have recieved from any other place ive been to, people that work there are rude and very ignorant i did not like how i was talked to by the employees that work there. They ordered the wrong part for one of my vehicles and ended up getting me the wrong part even though i was very clear with what i needed, when i went to return it they said they cant because its not in its original bag and because there was no receipt, well how are you supposed to try on a clamp without actually putting it on? And then they continued to tell me my fault i ordered the wrong part and that maybe next time i should actually order the right part. Will never return or buy anything from this dealership again.

We have bought several vehicles from Laurentian Motors through Ed Marynuk (sales rep) and have always been treated more than fair.That is why we keep going back to Laurentian.They have always taken care of us when we bring our vehicles in for service or to purchase parts or accessories.I would personally recommend dealing with Laurentian Motors.Keep up the good work.Thanks.
