Nothing Is Perfect

Having done one of these reviews before let me say this. I know you expect my response to be perfect or you consider something is wrong. That’s just dumb. Nothing is perfect so never expect a perfect response from me. Unless you move to a more realistic system please do not send me any further surveys. Suffice it to say I was happy with the whole experience.

Prompt service was provided and the work was done as per request. I was having winter tires removed and sent to storage, and summer tires installed. It was all done to satisfaction.

High prices expensive compared to other my lug nuts damaged they price $777 I did deny and when I did go Henry rd machinical they price $150 you think I not requnised Honda service

This is a place of trust. Anything happens with my Honda, I have peace in my mind they can fix it. Reps are very friendly and technicians are experienced. The only reason I give 4star is their service is too expensive. The last time I did the shock absorber changed, and the rear wheel rotors, the bill was about 1600, of which 550 was labor cost! Still, I recommend the place, they can detect and fix the problems quickly. One other minor thing I feel is how expensive repair costs could be, they never clean the car during delivery. I expect courtesy in and out dirt wash at least caused by the repair.
