Had an amazing experience. I highly recommend dealing with Jared, he made buying a car so easy and smooth. They even worked with the bank to lower my instalments and gave me a great coverage as well.

My wife and I have dealt with the service department of this dealership for many years and to date, we were very happy with the service. I would have given a five star rating if I had not received a solicitation letter from the dealership in the mail that totally disgusted me. The envelope was brown, no return address to indicate who sent it, with three separate notifications, all printed in large caps, stating: EXCLUSIVE VEHICLE NOTIFICATION ENCLOSED. TIME SENSITIVE DOCUMENT OPEN IMMEDIATELY SECOND NOTICE The contents of the envelope simply contained a flyer about buying a new truck, nothing more. Considering that a new vehicle similar to mine now costs north of $80,000, to invest this kind of money into a vehicle requires trust in the dealership. There is none here anymore. The whole intent of this charade was a third rate attempt to make sure the recipient (in this case me) opened this envelope and looked at the enclosed letter flogging a new vehicle. As I recently had a recall on the gas tank on my truck that was repaired by this dealer, I thought there may be another recall and the “SECOND NOTICE” in large caps, was concerning to me. Even more concerning is the fact that there may be some recipients who are struggling financially and would be very concerned upon receiving an official looking brown envelope that was stamped the way this one was including “SECOND NOTICE”. Totally disgusting way to do business. My future business will bee going elsewhere. John Jefferson

Hello John My name is Richard Hamlin and I’m the General Manager here at White rock dodge My sales manager informed me on Friday of the above. I apologize I’ve been out of the office and back in the am I approve the letter and wasn’t aware of the envelope having any writing on it. I’ve emailed our company that produces the mailers for us and told them to remove the “second notice” It’s never our intention come across this way. Are you willing to chat so I can try and fix this experience? I would have called Friday if I was in the office

I was there for 20 minutes sitting in the middle of the room no one else near me, and not one sales man asked if I needed any help. That's what I call good customer service .NOT . I beat if I walk in wearing a suit they would of been all over me, not a place for the blue collar worker

Even though White Rock Dodge is not in my neighborhood I always take my vehicle there for servicing. Dave in the parts department is super friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome customer service.
