I got a nice surprise when my oil change was free!, My little cobalt is a great car. So sorry it was discontinued.

On my recent appt. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hrs. and I was there for 3 hrs. I don't know if the technician knew how to fix the problem. Also I had a free car wash and vac and all that was done was a fast car wash (there were still bugs left on my windshield). I was told the vacuum would be taken care of but I have not heard when.

in for tire repair and was given a reasonable time estimtae that they kept to. also provided additional information on a potential repair required in the future with an estimate.

My car is serviced at this location since I have it. The online booking is easy to use, the staff is friendly, cooperative and courteous. It is not the cheapest service in town, but great experience so far...

My car had the same issue when I brought it in March before my warranty expired. There is a bulletin out for the issue so you would think you guys would know of the issue. I told them in March my car was making a funny noise. Nothing was done then to look into this problem. 3 months later, after my warranty is up, you find the issue. As far as im concerned, since there is a bullitin out for the issue, your staff should have known what was wrong with my car.
