I've recently started having issues with a grinding noise when the engine starts, but it seems very random when it happens. Even though we could not replicate the issue while my car was in the shop, I was given a very good explanation as to why we could not replace the part (since it could be one of 2 issues) until they could determine the cause. And also that my safety is not at risk with the issue. All in all, they were very detailed in explaining what the possible cause is, what options I have, how much warranty is left for each of those parts, what the next steps could be.

Mr. Thayan helped us from the start and provided us with everything we needed. He covered all the basics and helped us choose the right vehicle.
