Expensive compare to other service stations. Experienced a major power steering issue which limited our ability to drive our van at all. Service department insisted in maintaining its priorities for tire changes instead of adjusting for this emergency. Service department needs a better process to assign priorities to maintenance. We will go elsewhere from now on.

Great first new car experience!

This was my first new vehicle purchase. I've always dreamt of owning a brand new truck someday. Every car I purchased had always been 8+ years and honestly, I didn't want to walk into a dealership and get pressured and deal with all the nonsense fees etc. This experience changed everything. My salesman was Dan, very nice guy and paid a lot of attention to what I was looking for. By the way, I'm picky! I've been reading and researching the EcoDiesel since it came out. I told Dan right down to the colour what I wanted. It took a short while but within a week, the manager Joseph called me with the perfect truck. He even threw in an upgrade at no extra cost for being patient while they located the perfect truck, remember I said picky! When I saw it, when I drive it, I feel like the happiest kid on the block. Not quite perfect

Was sold a beautiful car and Dee was fantastic. Was told that it would be a class a cleaning before i recieved it and its wasnt at all. Besides that Moe was great and maybe more excited than i was.
