Lack of communication between departments and not as friendly as the first impression I got from an over the phone conversation with my salesman. The finance service was good and helpful but my overall experience was far from being great. Its too bad... cuz reading other reviews... it seems like most people were happy with their experience. I'm disappointed to not be as satisfied as everyone else.

Its always seamless. I drop car off, I pick car up. Its done. Never had any problems. Friendly and informative. Seamless

The service was fast and thorough. The process of the maintenance, on my car, was explained to me once i arrived to Wheaton Chevrolet Ltd. All information was checked ie. home address etc. Had driver take me home and pick up again when the maintenance was completed. My car was waiting for me when I arrived back to the service area. It was an excellent, seamless experience.

I always feel like I’m treated like family at Wheaton. Jeff especially makes me fell like I’m coming home. Always excellent service, detailed explanation when needed and total satisfaction is what I get from Wheaton. I’ve been a satisfied customer for many years. Thank you Wheaton and Jeff Strassburger!

Very customer focused in fulfilling my repair request. The customer service tech kept me apprised at all times with great clarity. Due to the required length of my repair, transportation was arranged for me.

A new clutch was installed in my 2015 Camaro SS It did take longer than estimated but a rental car was provided so that was just fine. All and all a very pleasant experience thank you.

Elliott, I'm sorry there was confusion in the finance office. Extra insurance, extended warranty, and chemical packages can increase the price of your truck - but they are optional addons.
