I used to have a very annoying, chronic right upper eyelid twitch and trepidation, that was starting to affect my eyesight because of how often it was occurring and the intensity of the trepidations. I had been trying to figure out the root-cause of the issue with my GP, doing bloodwork, xrays, scans etc. Nothing seemed to help, and I felt very helpless and frustrated - I didn't know what was going on or why it was happening, but I knew it wasn't normal. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but after my sister in law had gone see a chiro in Toronto, I started looking into what chiro actually does. That made me look for a chiro office in Milton, and The Healthy Family Chiropractic was the top result. I read some reviews and decided to schedule the initial appointment - figured nothing to lose and potentially everything to gain! Before my initial visit, I was having twitches every few minutes, regardless of what I was doing, what time of the day, etc and they were getting more intense and more frequent. After my first visit, it turned our that my Atlas was misaligned and it was pressing against my brain stem ...which was why I was having my symptoms. After one week with Dr Holly, my twitches were almost GONE! Completely getting rid of them took another good week. Since then I have continued going for treatment and my overall energy levels have increased and I just feel so much healthier and livelier. It honestly felt like a miracle! I highly recommend Milton Chiropractic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable office that is focused on helping you heal and achieve overall well-being.

It’s called ‘The Healthy Family Clinic’ and you’ll love it! A place where all family members can go to get the adjustments they need to keep your body and mind in tune. Dr Matt, Dr Holly and Staff are all family and are so nice and easy to talk to. Since I’ve been going I have felt a huge difference and not only my back and neck feel better everything else is falling into place. I sleep better, my mind is clearer and I’m having less and less back and neck problems! They have a system that takes you in quickly for your adjustment, in and out again but the difference is amazing! It’s a must try it for your family health sake.

I came to the clinic with pain and tension and other issues. Dr. Holly McCrady was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to identify some problems before I even told her about them upon assessment. She was thoroughly detailed in her diagnositics with the issues I was having and the corrections I would need. Within the first week of adjustments I started noticing significant improvement and reduction in pain as well as increase in mobility. I cannot recommend her services enough, and encourage anyone with issues to at least consult and have a diagnostic.

Dr. Holly is absolutely incredible!! I’ve suffered from migraines and TMJ pain for as long as I can remember, I’ve been told by several chiropractors and physiotherapists that there was no way to cure migraines but only ways to manage pain. After a very comprehensive in depth diagnostic and adjustment, Dr. Holly gave me my first glimmer of hope that I could be migraine free, after only a few appointments I am already feeling sooo much better. Highly recommended this office for any chiropractic needs!

I've been a patient here for 5 years and it has saved my life. If I could give Dr. Matt and his team 100 stars, I would. The environment in the office is so welcoming and friendly. Staff members are always smiling and eager to help. It's a total bonus that there's a play area for children so they're entertained and distracted while you have your adjustment. I was 30 years old when I found Dr. Matt and my spine was ruined. I was an athletic child and teenager, in a severe motor vehicle accident in my mid-20s and went over full term carrying my daughter when I 29. My spine probably thought I was 50+. Since then, not only have I gained back my spinal health, but a number of health issues improved, (if not- have completely healed). They provide an x-ray for your consultation/diagnosis AND a physical examination is done as well. I find this extremely important because they're trying to understand your overall health and focus on a OVERALL goal for your path to success in both movement and mind. Thank you Dr. Matt, Dr. Holly and everyone at The Healthy Family!

Been going to Dr. Matt Posa for couple of years now, so far so good. He’s quick and strong and takes care of your body. I like his neck adjustment, makes me feel I’m re-charged all the time.
