Great Inventory, and Excellent Service!

I bought my 2018 Rav 4 from Race Auto 1 year and 4 months ago, and love it. The best of all of it, though, is the excellent service they have provided since that time, beginning with installing my winter tires. At the Sackville location, they also replaced my brake lights on-the-spot after someone called out to me on the highway that I had none - I did not have to wait for this service at all. And right now at the Halifax location, they are replacing my brakes and changing the oil, and they fit me in without having to wait more than a day to do that. Also, their prices are extremely reasonable, and I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to Race Auto by a friend. Thank you for the great service!

I contacted Race Auto in Lower Sackville and spoke with Jeff Higgins, Business Manager. Jeff was very straightforward about the condition, mileage, and price of the vehicle I required. He was also definitive about the trade in of my car. I think of Jeff as the new breed of sales which is refreshing. I had done my homework and knew that the price I would be paying was competitive. I drove to Sackville (from PEI) and asked many detailed questions about service, etc. in which Jeff responded. He also added four new summer tires to the deal which was most helpful. Jeff is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

I had a chance to communicate with Jeff. It was an awesome experience. There are a tough times now for getting a new vehicle, especially if you have a tight budget. So I wanted to get the most value for the price and I got it.
