very bad services I had hyundai sonata 2017 which shows engine lights on april and i went to murray hyundai and again same problem raise in august 2023 in same year and after a week of repair in august again same problem when i call to murray hyundai they said again bring to repair means i have to pay for again. very Poor mechanic service Good Customer service. Not recommending

We are disappointed to hear that you weren't satisfied with your recent correspondence with us. We see that when you were in for repairs back in August that we waived your diagnostic fee and you only had to pay for the repair because your vehicle is no longer under warranty, unfortunately. As for having to pay again to address the issue your experiencing now, we would first need to determine if it is in fact the same issue before knowing for sure, if you would need to pay for the repair again. Craig was personable and attentive during our product demonstration and test drive. He was knowledgeable about our vehicle and we appreciated that he patiently answered all of our questions. A light snack as we waited for the vehicle detailing was above and beyond- thanks. Thank-you Craig, for your follow-up service and genuine willingness to assist. Our time spent with Jocelyn was enjoyable as she cheerfully went out of her way to find ways to fill our needs and complete our purchase. All of the staff were friendly, ready to assist and we appreciated meeting the sales and service managers. Our experience with Murray Hyundai was definitely worthy of 5 stars and we will recommend them to others.

Super rude staff and does not know how to talk to customers. They are good when they have to sell the car but afterwards their service is zero. Made a big mistake buying car from them. My 2019 Santa Fe has been having issue since then and when you will call their staff they don’t have time to talk to you and give you service. This will be my last Hyundai car

After reading thru the text correspondence you were having with your Service Advisor (you had requested to be texted) when your vehicle was in for service recently, nothing stands out eluding to your being dissatisfied with the quality of service you were receiving or with the communication from your Service Advisor. Is there a chance that you were speaking with someone else at one point? If so, if you would be willing to share with us who that was, we could better address any shortcomings you may have had.

Had an appointment booked for 1130 today, was told that it shouldn’t be long for an oil change and I’ve been stuck here until 145 pm. Not impressed. Other than that they did the job.

When I booked my appointment, I was offered a shuttle service to go back home while my car was with service. When I got there, it turned out that I actually lived outside of the shuttle radius. It was pretty unfortunate because I had my 14 month old with me, so we had to wait on-site for 3-4 hours (Nothing is really walking distance from here!) Unfortunate series of events aside, the staff here was so incredible to me and my son while we waited. Debbie super kept me in the loop with everything, and even came and checked in with my son and I a few times. I really appreciated it, and he even got a teddy bear at the end of it for being such a happy guy throughout our visit. Thank you Debbie! Thank yous to the staff who happily let my son disturb you throughout the time we were there: Jacqueline, Jocelyn, Gordon!!!!, Darren, Shyloh, Artem, Amun and Juno (the dog!) Seriously. Thanks for turning a bad-news difficult situation into a kinda silly day. Appreciate you all and solidifies that we purchased our vehicle through the right dealership.
