Awesome experience at Finch! The entire team is hardworking, unassuming, friendly, and very helpful. They understood our financial and personal needs, and walked us through the entire process with ease. We felt comfortable with the whole staff, and felt like our needs were more important than a quick sale. I would recommend Finch to first time buyers and experienced alike!

I've been a customer of Finch since 2008; I bought a used Grand Prix from their old location in 2008; the whole process was easy, cheap and without pressure. Our Sales Rep Kevin DiBritta was awesome! So awesome that when it came time to change vehicles to accommodate our changing needs Kevin was on hand again to help us find the right vehicle (it took ages and we are very happy with our 2014 Equinox!) Add to it the easy to get to service and the awesome new location and I ALWAYS recommend people visit Finch in London for a new or used car!

I bought my vehicle from Ginny a year and a half ago, by far BEST experience EVER. I dare say that for the first time, I may have actually had fun going through the process that time. I also ALWAYS have fantastic and honest service from John R and Fred in the service area. With the current staff, I don't see a need for myself to ever go to another dealership! :)
