I sat almost TWO hours at an 11a.m. appointment for a 20 minute service 1 on my 2-yr old truck! No one spoke to me at all, & when I asked, I was told they'd bring mine in and do it ahead of others! What??? What's the point of an appointment at all!!! My time is very valuable too! Fix this or I'll find a dealership who will be more respectful!

From the booking of the service to when your vehicle is ready for pickup. The staff is excellent at keeping you updated either by phone or text. They completely keep you updated right up until you are able to pick it up.

Very clean, following all Covid protocols. Checking in and out of the service department is a breeze. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Each Service Manager I have encountered has been attentive, patient, thorough and yes, honest. Great spot, family friendly. Bought my vehicle here and will continue to come in for service and when the time comes, to trade in. Jackson's knows how to treat their customers and their vehicles. Well done all around.

Experience is related to service department only. Overall they were great . The only issue I had is that they seem to not respect appointment times. I had an appointment for 1PM for a simple oil change and they didn’t take the car even in until 1:45 on my most recent visit. I get things come up but this is a consistent challenge I find with Jackson’s . Just make sure you allocate extra time and you will be fine.
