good overall

I was glad to get a call stating I could wait on the brakes. Always nice to hear you don't need something done yet. A recommendation was made on a service based on age and mileage and with not having to do brakes i did go with that recommendation as I want to get a few more trouble free years from my 2011 matrix. So with seasonal tire change over and oil change I'm ready for the next 6 months of driving. My only small complaint is I miss the shuttle service and hope by next service it will be back.

Not pleased with service when I have to return second time after they fixed my AC then they told me that my warranty was expired. At first time my warranty was still good. They patch my AC to not last long. Now without warranty I have to pay over $1000.00 to fix it. It's really shame.

Happy with purchase

Had some issues which was out of the hands of Jackson’s (supply issues due to Covid shortages etc) but multiple team members quick to offer multiple solutions which at the end made us happy customers. Out of the box creative problem solving was awesome.

Not too happy

I had my first scheduled maintenance done on my truck. I was under the understanding from my sales person when I bought the truck that I was going to receive my first oil change for free. When I mentioned this to the service department it was a fight to get the oil change for free they said I was not entitled to one however I told them that is what the sales person told me when I bought the truck. So when I told them at first they said no they have to talk to somebody else they came back and said no again and then it was the third time that I got it for free. Also I had ordered a hitch ball installed on my truck. The day I had my hitch installed there was a run around and I was bounced on the phone 5 times. Furthermore, I was told the hitch would come in a certain day. I called on that day and they said sorry there is only one ball here and it is for another customer even though I had clearly ordered it two or three days prior. So, in summary, I didn’t like being bounced on the phone 5 times, and it took 3 times until the dealer agreed to give me my first oil change free on the brand new truck.
