Dan goes beyond your wildest dreams of top notch service by a sales person. Dan took everything into consideration when I had to purchase a vehicle after my accident. My intent when I came into the dealership was to buy used, in the end I bought 2015! Dan went through the process of showing me used and then threw in the new Terrain (I didn't know it was new at the time) for me to test drive. He then went through the process of figuring out the cost to finance a used then did his homework on the new. He then proceeded to show me the difference, and guess what? The 2015 Terrain was the way to go, with all the intensives that were available to me and the financing rate. I am extremely happy and now have a top rated vehicle for insurance safety. We have been waiting months to have recalls done on our Malibu and our G5 at a Oshawa G.M Dealership that we have dealt with to purchase all of our vehicles and for service. We were very frustrated as they kept saying someone would call when the parts came into them. We were very happy and surprised that your Service Coordinator Austin had the Malibu in promptly and the recall complete within a week,the G5 was the following week as our son drives that car to Markham everyday,A huge ThankYou to Austin for giving us peace of mind knowing he is now safe driving the G5. Great Service we will be back.

Flawless Experience!

Working with Lori has been a wonderful flawless experience from the beginning. The service was welcoming, prompt and friendly. Lori handled all aspects from the trade to the new vehicle purchase with ease and had everything done so quickly for us! Best experience we have had in buying a new vehicle!

I had a recall issue, phoned & made the appointment, on the day of my appointment I arrived at the dealership at my appointment time (8:00 a.m.) I just remembered that I forgot to bring the 2 -keys & both fob's, I was told that I needed these items to complete the recall issue, anyway the service attendant was very obliging & asked me to go home & get the items I needed for them & that he would move my appointment on for another hour or so, so that I could get this issue done today. Thanks again for the good service & understanding. George Gardner

My costumer representative was very helpful in explaining "car terminology" to me, as this is not my strong suit. He had the patience and great experience of listening that was exactly what I needed. Wonderful overall experience every time I'm into GM for services of any kind
