I received a friendly greeting upon arrival for my apointment, and my concerns were dealt with to my satisfaction in a timely fashion.

I brought the truck in for an oil change and to check for a tire/road noise I was experiencing. I was called and told the oil change was complete and that the noise had been traced to a defective tire. Further I was told a replacement tire had been ordered and I would receive a call when the new tire was available for installation, sometime next week.

The young service staff at the oil change area were quick to inspect and clean carpets in the vehicle. Then the oil was changed promptly and the car was run through the carwash before being returned to me.

Purchased a used Cadillac from Nurse Chev after looking at many other manufacturers. Barry was the most professional and kind salesman I've encountered in any sales industry. He was patient and very thorough explaining everything to me. The sales experience was very transparent and I had done my homework before making this deal. I haven't been in for service yet but as for the buying experience it couldn't have been smoother and I got a great deal. This was my second vehicle from this dealer and many years ago the previous salesman was just as nice and professional. Buying a car is always a daunting task. Buying a used car is even more trying because usually there is a lot of skepticism in the vehicles. Rest assured that if you have any of the sales team at Nurse take care of you I think you will leave satisfied and content with your purchase decision.

John has been our salesperson for well over 25 years. From getting our first car John. Has always treated us with the greatest respect. He listens to what we want, and we are never disappointed.. John puts in many hours to assure that we are satisfied with the final product.. We know that if we have any questions or concerns about anything, he is always willing to answer our questions....never have we felt that we are just a "number" to John, but a "human being" and he has always been so thoughtful to our every need. I truly can say over the years of knowing John, he not only sells us our cars, but we consider him our "friend".

Substandard oil change

Free oil change did not include proper oil(cheap, sub standard bulk oil) seems GM and dealerships are scrimping to make extra buck. Supplied our own oil for the service call.
