Pontiac Recalls

At my first appointment, which was scheduled, I was told after an hour and a half that they did not have a qualified technician to perform the work needed for the Pontiac recalls. At the second appointment, they told me after 3 hours that they did not know who I was or where my car was. I would never buy a car from these people and I make sure everyone knows how incompetent they are.

What was done - recall, oil change, brake service and semi-annual inspection. I was told it would take all day -- which they updated me periodically during the day. I was very satisfied when I got my car.
