Purchase of new 2017 Santa Fe XL

Nelson was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. He brought the vehicle into the service area before our test drive so we didn't have to go outside to view it in cold weather. When we went to pick up our new vehicle, Nelson spent a long time going over all of the features and made sure we knew how to use them. After we had the vehicle for a couple of weeks, we wanted to order an additional accessory from the parts department and Nelson was there to help us. Very happy with our new vehicle and our experience at Murray Hyundai.

Tony was exactly what I required to perform this transaction. He deals rapidly and efficiently via email to co-ordinate things. He asks the important questions, answers even the odd questions with experience and knowledge. What he doesn't know he will rapidly acquire an answer to. This was a relatively painless and quick car buying experience which was wonderful.

First off this email is addressed to a Robert and I am not Robert. Second my Sirius Radio trial apparently started on the 2nd....I did not get the car until the 7th and the Sirius radio was not up and running until the 18th. Had to drive back to the dealership because rear tail light wasn't working. Tony was very nice and professional. It would be nice if someone offered to extend my Sirius radio another 2 weeks.

Murray Hyundai is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. We bought our 1st Santa Fe back in 2011 and have used their Service Dept. exclusively since then. They have always treated us with the utmost of respect and if we do have a problem, they are quick to fix it. When we traded in our 2011 Santa Fe and bought our new 2017 Santa Fe Sport, both the Sales Manager, Pat, and the salesman, Evan were wonderful to work with. 100% Satisfied Customers here!!

Was told the shuttle would get me to work on time. I arrived early. Ended up having to get my vehicle back & was late to work. I phoned about this issue & no one is getting back to me to correct the situation.
