Every time I visit for what seems very obvious that is warranty work is deemed not under warranty and I end up paying diagnostic fees. I recently had my van shaking triggering a cylinder 4 misfire while still covered under powertrain warranty and they tell me they need a reason to bill Toyota Canada (apparently cylinder 4 misfire codes are not a valid reason to claim warranty). They couldn't find anything wrong, but I'm now out over $150 dollars. If I had known this wasn't warranty (who would have thought while it still is covered under powertrain), I would have taken it to a local mechanic that would have charged me half as much. I have had 1 of 4 good experiences here. I don't know why I thought this one would have been any better.

My family drove 8 hours to consider purchasing our first new vehicle, and Bill instilled confidence in us that they were going to work a deal for us. I really feel he was the perfect associate for us. The whole staff, including Danielle in finance made the buying experience a pleasure. They were very patient with all of our questions, and were very fair in assessing our trade-in. We left feeling like we got a good deal purchasing our first new vehicle.
