Poor customer service and rude staff

There is a recall on my car and they wont even allow me to book an appointment to get it fixed. They wont schedule any appointments for service on the weekend, which is ridiculous in my opinion. If they do not have people in on the weekend working on the cars that is understandable but to not do something as simple as take appointments especially for something that is serious and is the fault of the company is insane. The lady I spoke to over the phone at the front desk was rude and condescending and did nothing but try to push me off the phone. All in all I would not do business here in the future. Very poor experience.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Lee was an amazing representative of the Jackson's Toyota team; friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Megan is amazing to work with as well. I look forward to many happy years in my Corolla Hatchback! If you are in the market for a new car, I strongly suggest seeing Lee and the Jackson's Toyota team!

This was the first service of my new Tacoma. The staff were friendly and helpful! They clearly take my (and their) safety’, during this pandemic, seriously! The system they have developed to provide service to their customers while minimizing contact is impressive! I’m very happy!

There is something to be said about the convenience of the express check in/ check out. Everything is professionally written up. What is missing is the explanation from the service representative when you pick up the car to help explain the work done. What I am not a fan of is having an appointment at 10:15 for a service that takes no more than an hour and not having your car ready for 6 to 6 1/2 hours later. No other business that I know of does this. It’s disappointing and inconvenient.
