Giroux pour le service recu à ma jeunefille de 18 ans ainsi qu’a moi même après une mauvaise journée expérience chez un de vos compétiteur, un gros marchand de véhicules d’occasion sur l’il De Montréal. je dois dire que ma garde et perception des concessions d’automobiles usagées a vraiment changé ... They are full of lies . Steven Tremblay-Giroux Is the guy that took care of the transaction. I have no clue how this guy is working there . First of all i asked for carpeoof for a bmw2014 sport line . Grey and white from inside . He said that he will get it later the car had no accident . I traded my mini cooper and wanted to add the difference. They sold me also the wanrantee for 2700$ +tx they said it will cover everything no matter what . Today i went to get the car. While i was signing the contract i saw the car proof (3 accidents were reported and the milage was down comparing to the car proof 9000km less (more less i dont remember exactly ) i was so choked and desapoint.They said they will look fo a car with no accident reported . ( they have only 1bmw red 2014 xdrive with high milage) the rest of the cars listed are reported all. I cancelled everything with them and they said for the deposit the manager will call me to process. I had to call them back. The receptionist passed me the manager : he was so cold. I asked him for my deposit . He said if we find u a car will you still get it ??!!! I mean he had really the face to ask me if i wanna deal with them again.....Im waiting for my check and telling my experience about Autoendirect to everybody. I went to a small dealer. He got me the same car ( in black ) fully equiped with all the history and carproof of the car. It was a lease return from bmw canbec. I eneded up paying less for a better service and trust . And i will be recomamding that small dealer to everybody because he is so honest. He took my car . Showed me the market and we spent sometime comparing . He wasn’t harrassing me to buy . I ended up getting the car with warantee for less what they gave me . AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOENDIRECT DON’T BUYYYY . There are millions of small dealers that give better service and better prices . You guys ruined my day by thinking that was a smart way to be in business . You guys should show honesty and get real professionals to deal with people ...

Je remercie grandement LUDOVIC pour sont excellente service, mais je ne le remercie pas dû tout de m'avoir vendue un vécule supposément vérifier et que au bout de quelques jours survient des problèmes. Marie-Reine du service après vente c'est exactement la même chose ont les appel et ils ne sont pas sur de pouvoir remplacer les pièces défectueuses saufe si se la apporte un danger hoho !
