He always looked after your wishes and needs first. John never pushed a customer into a deal that they couldn't handle or want. A first -class gentleman.

I took my vehicle to this dealer for 4 years and was originally happy with the service and workmanship. Then my car started having electrical problems and became unsafe to drive. They suggested replacing a module. A week later the issue reocurred. I took it in again and they did some more work. Then two months later the problem resurfaced and the fix was to grease all the cables connecting to the module changed previously - this took a couple of hours and I was asked to pay for some even though it should have been on them for not doing the job properly the first time around. In total I paid almost 1K and took my car in 4 times to have this fixed completely when it chould have been half that. Not cool at all especially when they have one of the highest hourly rates in the area.

The customer service was above and beyond what I had expected it to be. Wayne certainly made me feel welcome at at Nurse Chevrolet and it was a pleasure to purchase my 2015 Malibu from Wayne who was so helpful during the whole process.

w looking to purchase a brand new car, my parents highly reccomeded Nurse. My parents have a long pleasant history with Nurse:) my husband and I were interested in the Chevy Trax. We went to a lot of GM dealerships in Durham Region looking at the Trax and Simular cars. After meeting and sitting with Todd Armstrong, we made our decision and purchased our 2015 Trax from Nurse. The excellent customer service was the deciding factor. Last week, we brought out Trax in for an oil change. It was brought to our attention it was time to rotate the tires also. We asked if the service people had time to do everything required, and your staff were more then happy to do the work. The staff then explained to me that my alignment was slightly out. They asked if I could bring the car back today to correct the issue. I came in today, and was greeted with smiles and complete professionalism. My husband and I went out to lunch , and got a lift with your shuttle driver Frank. Frank was a great guy, and was waiting for us as we left the restaurant. When we arrived back at the dealership, our car was done earlier then expected, all vaccummed, and washed. We will never take our car elsewhere ever. No one can top you guys. The absolute best! Looking forward to our next visit!! 20 words eh? Yeah right!

I booked my car 30th Jan 2016 for an oil change, fix the rear view mirror, and to check the issue with The Stabilitrak System. I keep getting emails from onstar regarding the Stabilitrak System. The advisor blamed the issue on the winter tires and I have asked to check it. He promised to check it and let me know, but he did not. I did not check the invoice when picking the car, but they did not even bothered to check it. What a shame

Each time i visit for an oil change, service work or to trade in my vehicle its always been an exceptionally enjoyable experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, I'm dealt with immediately. Nurse is my first choice for dealerships!

Fantastic buying experience! Was impressed with how patient our salesman was and how hard he worked to help us get into a truck we were genuinely excited about. We didn't feel any pressure to buy which made the process very enjoyable. If you are in the market for a new car or truck, go see John Mulder at Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac. You won't be disappointed!

I owned a car that my Dad bought used when I was a teenager and through college. Buying a new vehicle in my 30s was a totally new experience. Word of mouth brought me to Nurse and honestly, Terri was a perfect match to service my sales request. She listened to my story and what I was looking for and when I had questions she was quick to provide answers and was considerate about getting them for me when she didn't know. (I understand she is new to Chev from Mini) Her own background with automobiles and her Dad felt very genuine to me which was nice as this was beyond just buying a truck. This was buying a new life experience and Terri made it a lot of fun. She's a charmer - many thanks!
